I am a motivational trainer, facilitator, coach and Interim Manager with fresh ideas and an involving approach that ensures customers get the most from their learning experience. I bring over 20 years multi industry expertise to training interventions, adding a high level of credibility to the learning process. Add this to my ability to build excellent rapport from CEO level down to junior team members and you have a highly competent and effective training professional working with you - a safe pair of hands.

 

Industry experience: IT, Telecommunications, Wholesale, Retail, Financial Services, Process Industries, Construction, Entertainment/Hospitality and Public Sector. I also have international experience, having delivered training in France, Italy, USA, Singapore and the Middle East.

 

Throughout my career I have held a number of senior leadership positions within international and national UK organisations, and some government bodies. Roles undertaken included the leadership, management, mentoring and coaching of senior and junior teams to improve performance of the individual, the team and the business as a whole. This business experience ensures learning is memorable, relevant and readily transferable to the work place.

 

What motivates me is the drive to ensure that any training intervention I deliver is not only specifically relevant to that particular audience, but that it is also informed by the wider business context.
